Are you passionate about cloud software development and team collaboration? Do you want to create outstanding products and drive innovation in the e-mobility industry? Spirii is looking for a Tech Lead to join our Digital Development department and lead the way for a sustainable future.

As a Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving our connection with external E-Mobility Providers (EMPs). You will collaborate closely with product development teams, internal stakeholders, near-shore colleagues, and external partners. Reporting to one of our Engineering Managers, you will ensure we deliver high-performance, secure, and scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Leadership: Guide the team in building scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software.
  2. Code Quality & Standards: Ensure best practices in coding standards and review processes.
  3. Security & Compliance: Guarantee compliance with industry standards and Spirii's security policies.
  4. Architecture & Solution Design: Lead solution architecture and performance optimization.
  5. Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Together with your team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Designing and developing key software components.
  2. Driving cross-team collaboration to deliver integrated solutions.
  3. Leading the adoption of automated testing and ensuring high-quality releases.
  4. Establishing and promoting best practice coding standards.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  2. 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  3. Proven experience in developing microservices and cloud-based solutions.
  4. Expertise in TypeScript or JavaScript (Node.js, Nest.js) and cloud environments like AWS.
  5. Familiarity with test-driven development, test automation, and deployment in cloud infrastructure.
  6. Experience with ElasticSearch, queues, non-SQL datastores, and high-scale applications.
  7. Advantageous: Experience with OCPI, Hubject, or Gireve.
