Responsibilities and Expectations

As a Head of External Reporting, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the external reporting and consolidation team, ensuring effective management and development of the team members
  • Oversight of the annual report, quarterly announcements, and review of investor presentation for our group entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Collaboration with auditors to prepare audit materials and ensure seamless audit processes
  • Implementation of new or amended IFRS's accounting standards, updating our financial guidelines and reporting package accordingly
  • Contribution to cross-functional projects as a sparring partner within the accounting area, driving business growth and development
