Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Digital/Video Content Producer to join our team at Agilent Technologies. As a key member of our Creative Center of Excellence (CCoE), you will be responsible for creating captivating video content that showcases our company's story and values.

About the Role:

  1. Develop Video Content: Create high-quality video content that effectively communicates key messages to our target audience.
  2. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with CCoE colleagues and internal stakeholders to plan, visualize, and align on video shoots.
  3. Manage Equipment: Set up and manage cameras, microphones, lighting, props, and equipment to ensure efficient production.
  4. Edit Video Footage: Edit video footage to create engaging final products, incorporating computer graphics, closed captioning, and special effects as needed.
  5. Lead Project Varieties: Lead different project types in various recording environments based on company needs, developing creative ideas within brand guidelines.

  • Technical Expertise: Possess skills in camera operation, lighting, sound, and video editing.
  • Creative Abilities: Strong storytelling, editing, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Pre- and Post-Production Knowledge: Strong understanding of pre- and post-production video techniques.

Qualifications and Preferences:

  • Bachelor's degree in video production or related field equivalent.
  • Portfolio of relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience operating video recording equipment.
  • Proficiency with video recording and editing equipment.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong storytelling ability.
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal).
  • Up to 25% travel required.
