- Conduct post-shutdown reviews and identify areas for improvement.
- A relevant educational background within Engineering, Project Management, Construction, or any other related field.
- Proven experience in managing shutdown projects, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Fluency in English and Danish.
