ExecutiveSurf | Certified B Corp is seeking a highly skilled Senior Controller to join their team. This individual will be instrumental in ensuring the financial integrity and efficiency of the company's operations.

The successful candidate will oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, with a focus on manufacturing cost accounting and variance analysis. They will also manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, specifically tailored to manufacturing operations and production cycles.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing finance, with experience in implementing and maintaining effective internal controls and compliance procedures relevant to a manufacturing environment. They will also lead the financial reporting and analysis for multiple manufacturing business units, providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial controlling, is required. Strong knowledge of IFRS and proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) are essential. Fluency in English and Danish is also required.
