We are seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer claims and complaints, ensuring a smooth and efficient claims process. You will handle all claims processing for designated customers or customer groups, aiming to resolve issues promptly and effectively. Additionally, you will contribute to the improvement of our claims handling procedures by offering valuable feedback and suggestions.

You will be part of a collaborative team that works closely with our Quality Department, as well as our colleagues in Poland and Lithuania. Your input will help ensure a seamless aftersales experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process customer claims and complaints efficiently
  • Handle claims for specific customers and/or customer groups
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing timely support
  • Collaborate with the Quality Department and international colleagues to maintain high standards
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our claims handling processes
  • Assist in developing new, more efficient methods for streamlining the claims process
