About the Job

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our international finance team. As a key player, you will be responsible for leading the finance function of our German subsidiary and overseeing controlling activities for TEFCOLD Group.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Managing financial consolidation and group reporting.
• Overseeing local finance in our German subsidiary with one local accountant reporting to you.
• Ensuring compliance with transfer pricing regulations and managing tax-related matters.
• Assisting in mergers and acquisitions activities, including financial due diligence and integration.
• Preparing comprehensive financial reports and developing strategic financial models.
• Controlling activities of TEFCOLD groups subsidiaries.
• Conducting internal audit in all our subsidiaries.
• Identifying and implementing key financial process improvements to drive efficiency.
• Leading the budgeting process, including financial forecasting and yearly budgets.
• Managing pay-rise cycle and bonus calculations in line with company policy.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience from a similar position within financial control, consolidation, and reporting preferred.
• Knowledge of Business Central an advantage.
• Proactive with business acumen.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
