Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate training events, handle incoming requests, and ensure optimal resource utilization
• Collaborate closely with full-time instructors, consultants, the customer service team, and the sales team to deliver exceptional service
• Embody core values, seek optimal solutions, and coordinate key activities both locally and globally
• Facilitate bi-weekly calls with customers, support the instructor team, and collaborate with our IT operation and Digital Department
• Prepare reports and analysis on instructor and resource utilization, ensuring transparency and efficiency
