Risk Governance Specialist

Copenhagen, Denmark is home to Saxo Bank A/S, a leading online trading and investment firm. We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Risk Associate to join our team at the Group's Headquarters.
The Risk Governance, Framework and Reporting team within Group Non-Financial Risk is responsible for reporting on the Group's risk profile, maintaining the overall framework, data and infrastructure for non-financial risks, and supporting the work of various risk committees within Saxo.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate governance committee and board member meetings, monitor business processes, establish and maintain operational procedures manuals, and analyze monthly reports.
- Coordinate data aggregation and analysis, regular reporting across Group Risk & Capital Management, ad-hoc analysis, and presentation of key findings.
- Mature and develop the Group's risk reporting framework and processes.
- Prepare reporting for relevant governance bodies and committees, including the Operational Risk Committee, Management Risk & Compliance Committee, and Board Risk Committee.
- Support the design, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the measurement framework for Non-Financial Risks, including key risk indicators.
We are looking for a graduate degree holder based in Copenhagen with experience in a governance role. You should thrive on delving into intricate details of strategy and have the ability to summarize into easily readable executive commentary.
You should have a basic understanding of financial markets and a technical skillset that includes the usage of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
You should be motivated, curious in nature, and eager to acquire knowledge in new areas. You should have a structured and methodical approach to tasks and take a high degree of ownership, while also being able to work in a team setting.
You should enjoy working in an international, cross-cultural environment and interact with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences. You should have good communication skills and be fluent in English.
