Job Description:

As a Strategic Purchaser, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing a supplier network of over 70 partners. Your focus will be on ensuring stability in deliveries to our factory and distribution center — without compromising on sustainability, safety, quality, delivery, or cost.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery, safety, and sustainability.
  • Manage procurement strategies for a diverse supplier base exceeding 70 partners.
  • Ensure continuity and reliability of supply for our production and distribution operations.
  • Foster strong supplier relationships and build a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Drive initiatives that elevate the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

  • You bring 5-10 years of experience in a strategic procurement or sourcing role.
  • You are skilled in PPAP & Lean Six Sigma tools, and have used them to drive measurable improvements.
  • You have a strong foundation in negotiation and contract management, with a focus on total cost analysis perspective.
  • You're comfortable analyzing data to guide decision-making and supplier evaluations.
  • You understand how procurement impacts the broader business — from operational efficiency to customer satisfaction.
  • You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
