Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Associate Process Engineer to contribute to our significant capacity expansion initiative. This role is pivotal in establishing new manufacturing processes that integrate cutting-edge technology with our extensive expertise in biotechnology.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee quality and performance metrics for assigned projects.
- Engage in regular project meetings and contribute to activities such as design reviews and validation processes.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers and stakeholders to provide technical insights and support.
- Maintain professional accountability for pharmaceutical processes and equipment.
- Offer proactive assistance in the operation of spray drying processes, ensuring optimal performance and quality standards.
Qualifications
To qualify for this role, candidates should possess:
- A bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and technologies relevant to the purification of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients.
- A strong grasp of unit operations and pharmaceutical process documentation.
- Knowledge of current technology trends in bulk manufacturing.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
