Job Description
As a Program Manager (Incentives) at the LEGO Group, you will be responsible for leading the development of strategic challenges and reward systems that drive creator engagement and success within the LEGO ecosystem. This role requires strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and partner management abilities.
Core Responsibilities
- Challenge Development: Design and implement challenges, missions, and reward programs to inspire and engage our global creator community.
- Incentive Program Management: Lead the end-to-end management of incentive programs, aligning them with business goals and creator needs.
- Success Metrics and Analysis: Define success metrics, analyze program outcomes, and optimize for greater impact.
- Partnerships and Collaboration: Establish strategic partnerships with external partners to amplify incentive program impact and collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to promote and implement initiatives.
- Industry Trends and Best Practices: Monitor industry trends and best practices in gamification and creator incentives, ensuring clear communication with creators.
