We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Research Scientist to join our Translational Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics team at Lundbeck. As a key member of our research organization, you will play a critical role in guiding the pharmacokinetic optimization and characterization of new compounds in our discovery programs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of DMPK strategies for large molecule-based research projects, including antibodies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to design and execute pharmacokinetic studies, including pharmacokinetic screening, mechanistic investigations, and translational studies.
- Provide scientific oversight and guidance to junior team members, ensuring the highest quality of data and results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including discovery partners and external collaborators.
- PhD in a relevant field, such as pharmacokinetics, pharmacology, or a related discipline.
- At least 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with a strong background in DMPK and large molecule pharmacokinetics.
- Expertise in PK analysis of biologics, including understanding of biologics PK/PD reasoning and knowledge of analytical assays for measuring biologic molecules and biomarkers using mass spectrometry.
