The role of Business Support Manager at Novo Nordisk A/S involves driving strategic initiatives and managing project deliverables to meet Area objectives. Key Responsibilities
  • Serving as a right-hand person to the VP, you will manage project deliverables to meet Area objectives, including strategy processes, budget planning, and HR processes.
  • Driving strategic initiatives such as organizational development, resource allocation, and culture-related projects.
  • Managing internal communication regarding Area objectives, updates, strategy, and events to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Overseeing the Area calendar and Annual Wheel, including planning, booking, and coordinating management meetings, area offsites, events, and team-building activities.
  • Managing and coordinating capacity planning across the area, including external consultants.
  • Supporting business planning and strategy execution.
  • Managing onboarding processes for new team members and overseeing activities driven by Student Assistants to support operational goals.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual who possesses a Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. You should have 2-3 years of experience from a similar position and proven skills within project management, leadership support, strategy development, and/or consulting. Additionally, you should be proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with excellent presenting skills to stakeholders.
