Senior Enterprise Project Management Specialist for Global Supply Chain

At Vestas, we're seeking a Senior Enterprise Project Management Specialist to join our Global Supply Chain team. This role is an exciting opportunity to drive project ideation and planning, ensuring the successful execution of complex offshore projects.

About the Role

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Develop enterprise project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Schedule management: create and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
  • Stakeholder communication: update internal stakeholders on project status, facilitate effective communication channels, and address concerns or issues promptly.
  • Quality assurance and performance evaluation: evaluate project planning performance against predefined metrics, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure project outcomes meet quality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain planning, or project management.
  • Solid experience in project planning and project management, especially in large-scale enterprise and/or infrastructure projects.
  • Preferred experience from a large production company.
  • Good proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Great analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Demonstrate flexibility to work in a varied and evolving environment.

Compensation and Location

The estimated salary for this role is between 80000 - 110000 DKK per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. The role can be based in Aarhus or Copenhagen, Denmark.
