Job Description

As a Senior Pharma IT Project/Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing our projects and programs from initiation to delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing project management plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher education in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical business, preferably with test management experience.
  • Excellent Danish and English communication skills (verbal, written & interpersonal).
  • Familiarity with various project management disciplines, such as Prince2 or PMP.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer excellent benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
