As a Product Lead at IMPACT, you will play a key role in shaping the development of our customers' digital products.

You will be responsible for defining the right digital products that create value for our clients. This includes aligning the product with business cases, IT strategies, solution architecture, and insights from stakeholders.

A key aspect of your role will be to ensure that business requirements are uncovered, documented, and made clear to the development team.

As a Product Lead, you must also take a leading role when it comes to advising our clients. We strive to become and remain the clients' trusted advisor, who knows the client's business and digital products, and who can help clarify complex issues and present possible solutions to facilitate decision-making.

  • Establish and champion the product vision and roadmap
  • Develop, refine, and own a product backlog
  • Coordinate and co-create user stories
  • Ensure alignment between the product experience and technical solutions
  • Plan and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to support the definition and development of digital products
