Road Surfacing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Road Surfacing Operative at Colas Denmark A/S.

• Operate various machinery such as pavers, rollers, tractors, and chippers to construct and maintain roads and bike paths.
• Participate in daily safety assessments and discussions with the team to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with a team of five asphalt workers, a foreman, and a supervisor to achieve project goals.
• Contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of company equipment and vehicles.

• Hold a valid tractor driver's license or regular driver's license, category B.
• Be punctual, positive, and arrive at work with a good attitude.
• Be flexible regarding working hours and tasks.
• Have experience with asphalt work, construction work, earthwork, or agriculture (beneficial but not required).
• Be familiar with machinery (advantageous but not required).
• Enjoy working outdoors.
