The ideal candidate will possess experience in healthy homestyle cooking, with a focus on vegetarian cuisine, and have provable knowledge of various cooking techniques. Strong leadership skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the kitchen team and develop menu offerings that align with our food philosophy
  • Ensure food costs are in line and implement cost control measures
  • Create beautiful dishes and menus that showcase our culinary expertise
  • Implement and maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef in a similar role
  • Experience with implementing local HACCP guidelines
  • Fluency in English; other languages are a plus
  • EU residency or a valid working and living permit in Copenhagen
  • Fully flexible, with no fixed working days/hours
