We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Climate Change Strategist. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact on addressing climate change.

About the Role

This is a 3-year PhD position within the Interreg project FUSION, which aims to facilitate collective climate future envisioning among youth in the Danish-German border region. As a Climate Change Strategist, you will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to developing actionable strategies and common initiatives to mitigate climate change.

Responsibilities
  • Elicit youth-imagined far-future climate narratives
  • Identify common social imaginaries across borders
  • Design and conduct event formats that stimulate collective cross-border narratives and initiatives
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of created networks and initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, management, environmental science)
  • Excellent research skills and experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of €43,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension plan, and paid time off.
