About the Position

This full-time RN position is available on our 3-11pm shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, completing resident care requirements, and providing support to residents and families. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, and at least 3 years of experience in long-term care.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff
  2. Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families
  3. Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests
  4. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations
  5. Manage documentation of resident care services
  6. Promote a cooperative relationship among health care teams
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license
  • Minimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience required
  • Should be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staff
  • Familiar with EHR and Prescribing programs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
