About the Opportunity:
We're looking for an experienced Project Planner to join our Nordic Cluster organization in Middelfart, Denmark. As a Project Planner, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects have robust, dynamic, and well-structured schedules that meet contractual objectives. You'll work closely with stakeholders to coordinate projects, manage risks, costs, and resources. Your tasks will include creating and analyzing project schedules, conducting schedule and resource analysis, and preparing progress reporting materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and analyze project schedules, including costs, resources, and risks.
- Drawing attention to schedule deviations, problems, and solutions that may arise.
- Communicate schedule information to stakeholders.
- Develop solution options to handle delays together with the project team.
- Follow up on projects, prepare reports, and analyses (S-curves, CPA, Resource Histograms, On-Time-Delivery Milestones).
- Promote the importance of planning and scheduling in the organization and act as a role model.
