Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Counsel to join our team at Teradyne in Odense, Denmark. As a key member of our Legal Department, you will provide legal counsel to both Universal Robots A/S and Mobile Industrial Robots A/S.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts, including distribution agreements, sales agreements with major international companies, sourcing agreements, technology and license agreements, guarantees, and other financial instruments. You will also develop, maintain, and revise corporate contract templates, as well as develop and maintain business processes, governance, and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts
  • Developing and maintaining corporate contract templates
  • Developing and maintaining business processes, governance, and internal policies
  • Providing legal advice to key business stakeholders
  • Assisting in dispute resolution with customers and suppliers
  • Working on various compliance matters, including export/import regulations and data privacy laws

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a law degree or a Master's degree in a law-related field, with 2-4 years of legal work experience as a legal advisor, preferably from a major law firm and/or private company. You must also be able to speak, read, and write English fluently, and have broad experience with contract law, particularly complex international transactions.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is approximately €80,000-€100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
