Senior R&D Project Lead for CAPEX Initiatives

Senior Project Manager/Project Director for R&D CAPEX construction projects will be responsible for leading and delivering large and complex cross-functional projects through development and construction.
This role involves managing stakeholder expectations, ensuring timely completion of projects, and maintaining effective communication with project teams and stakeholders.
You will work closely with the R&D Investments team to optimize the value/risk of investments at project and portfolio level.
This position requires exceptional leadership skills, strong knowledge of project methodologies, and experience from building laboratories.
PMP certification is an advantage, but not mandatory.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or any other relevant field and excellent English language proficiency.
Qualifications and ExperienceProven track record of leading and delivering large and complex cross-functional projects.
Experience from pharma or other regulated industries is preferred.
A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or any other relevant field.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including at senior leadership level.
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage project teams to achieve project goals.
Strong knowledge of project methodologies, tools and techniques.
Experience from building laboratories and PMP certification is an advantage.
