About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Global Sales Mining Manager to drive global sales growth for Alfa Laval's mining decanter solutions. This role reports to the Head of Process Sales and will be located in Copenhagen, Denmark or Lund, Sweden. There are approximately 60-70 travel days per year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a diverse, high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and customer expectations.
- Develop and manage customer relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing high-value sales opportunities.
- Expand the sales pipeline and oversee structured follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Alfa Laval's global sales companies, ensuring alignment on key sales initiatives.
- Work closely with Service and Execution teams to enhance the customer experience and after-sales support.
- Increase Alfa Laval's market presence by engaging with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
- Utilize digital sales tools and strategies to enhance lead generation and customer engagement.
- Manage sales forecasting and budgeting to ensure predictable and profitable growth.
You Are/What You Know
You are a highly motivated sales professional with a strong customer focus and a results-driven mindset. Proven experience 5+ years in sales leadership, managing diverse teams to exceed targets and customer expectations. You have strong knowledge of mining operations and sustainability challenges, allowing you to position our solutions effectively.
