Your Skills and Qualifications:
- A degree in management, business administration, or a similar field
- At least four years of experience in management consulting or a similar role with a focus on program and project management
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Experience working with strategic initiatives and change management
- A systematic, structured, and analytical approach to work, with attention to detail
- The ability to identify and implement improvements, and a proactive attitude
- Goal-oriented and focused on delivering high-quality results
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Danish
