About the Job:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Quality Control Analyst to join our QC Bioassay team at AGC Biologics. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing analytical testing of drug substance and drug product samples, as well as in-process samples.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cGMP regulations and experience working in a laboratory setting. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform various bioanalytical methods, including ELISA, qPCR, and SDS-PAGE.
  • Conduct method validations and participate in troubleshooting of methods.
  • Support the manufacturing facility by participating in on-time testing of stop/go samples.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a cGMP environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
