About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to lead the technical direction of our award-winning e-commerce platform. As a key member of our international team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform and providing innovative solutions to complex challenges.

As a Solution Architect at Satair, you will be responsible for analyzing environments, evaluating technologies, and designing solutions that deliver high-quality, customer-centric experiences. Your expertise in common IT security frameworks and controls is essential to ensure that our platform maintains the required standards of quality and security.

You will collaborate closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure that technical requirements align seamlessly with business objectives and technical feasibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the lead end-to-end e-commerce solution architect, focusing on the application layer, for our highly complex e-commerce environment.
  • Analyze, document, and clarify business objectives to design viable technical digital solutions.
  • Ensure timely decision-making, documentation, and implementation of all required architectural decisions.
  • Adhere to industry documentation standards while designing solutions.
  • Identify and address technical risks inherent in solutions relative to business requirements.
  • Apply a systematic and methodical approach to think through end-to-end solution architecture, encompassing all necessary solution components.
  • Contribute to the overall Satair architectural direction, influencing projects and products assigned to you.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing complex technical solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural principles, design patterns, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in evaluating and recommending appropriate technologies and software products.
  • A passion for solving highly challenging technical problems and creating architecture for complex digital solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities.
