Maintenance Planner

At Novo Nordisk A/S, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supporter to join our Asset Management Department in Bagsværd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the SAP PM system related to work orders and providing SAP support.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering combined with experience as a Maintenance Planner or in a similar role within a maintenance or production environment. You should possess solid analytical thinking, with a focus on cLEAN, and experience with SAP MM/PM/MRP or similar Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

Additionally, you should have knowledge of inventory management as well as service contractors and spare parts suppliers. Proficiency in English and Danish is also required. It is highly beneficial if your experience comes from a global organization and you are familiar with maintenance and reliability engineering principles.

As a Maintenance Supporter, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, prioritizing, and closing out work orders. You will also implement Maintenance Standards, coordinate and communicate with Production stakeholders, monitor and report on Maintenance KPIs, and engage with Group Maintenance Teams on improvement initiatives.

On a personal level, you should be result-oriented with a focus on safety, quality, cost, and time. You should possess the ability to implement and manage change effectively, coupled with strong communication and presentation skills. You should be comfortable with teaching and training others, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation of activities.
