Job Description
Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a highly skilled Senior Injection Moulding Engineer to join our Finished Product Manufacturing Science and Technology department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and specifying the injection moulding machines, equipment, tools, and processes required for high-volume manufacturing of medical devices.
The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and a proven track record of driving purchasing and validation of new injection moulding machines into production facilities. Additionally, we require excellent communication skills, a systematic approach to documentation, and a deep understanding of the physics behind high-quality injection moulding processes.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Develop and specify injection moulding machine requirements and standards
- Contribute to strategic equipment decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Specify interfaces between moulds, equipment, and sensors
- Specify and purchase auxiliary equipment
- Support equipment data utilization for process control and release
