At MARPRO Group, we are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Copenhagen. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting Danish volunteers to staff the world's largest civilian hospital ships operated by Mercy Ships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, business, or marketing, with a minimum of two years of recruitment experience. You will also possess excellent communication skills in Danish and English, both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential candidates
  • Evaluate their qualifications and ensure they meet the needs of the ships
  • Serve as a central contact point throughout the process, guiding candidates from application to departure and following up after their service
  • Organize recruitment events, attend fairs and meetings, and collaborate with educational institutions, companies, and churches to raise awareness about Mercy Ships
  • Nurture relationships with former volunteers to keep them engaged in Mercy Ships' community

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years of recruitment experience
  • Experience in coordination and administration, with strong attention to detail and documentation
  • Experience from Non-Governmental Organization (NGO)
  • Familiarity with social media and experience in SoMe strategies
  • Excellent communication skills in Danish and English, both written and verbal
