Unlock Your Expertise in a Global Audio Engineering Setting

Are you ready to take your skills to the next level in a dynamic and innovative environment? Our R&D Graduate Program is designed to help you grow and develop as an audio engineering expert.

As a graduate in our program, you will embark on a three-rotation journey, starting in our HQ in Ballerup, followed by a transfer to a department outside Denmark, and finally returning to HQ in a different department.

Throughout the program, you will be supported by managers, program sponsors, and a mentor as you navigate a steep learning curve and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge audio solutions.

Our Team and Culture

Our R&D organization is a diverse and inclusive team of colleagues from various backgrounds and nationalities. We work on a wide range of products, from hearing aids and headsets to video and gaming equipment.

As a graduate, you will become part of a network of 15 fellow graduates, working across various functions, including Supply Chain Management, Finance, Marketing, Business, Software, and Hardware Engineering.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work in an agile setup, collaborating closely with audio engineering and testing teams
  • Contribute to the development of device acoustics, including transducers, audio signal processing algorithms, and vibro-acoustic simulations
  • Create prototypes and conduct acoustic measurements and subjective listening tests to verify performance
  • Work on various product categories, such as speakerphones, A/V systems for meeting rooms, headsets for communication/music, and gaming and hearing aids

Requirements

  • Knowledge in acoustics and audio signal processing
  • Skills in programming languages, including Matlab, Python, and C
  • Ability to think creatively and innovate, with a passion for bringing the best experience to customers
  • Enjoy being part of a team and sharing an interest in audio development
  • International experience, either through internship, semester abroad, or volunteering
