The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the customer and NNIT's SAP professionals worldwide to guarantee customer satisfaction.

This role requires effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate between the customer and NNIT's delivery organization for SAP Application Management Services (AMS), encompassing modules such as Finance, Logistics, Fiori, Authorization, and Development.

Key responsibilities of an SAP Application Manager include:

  • Accountability for the coordination and quality of SAP Application Management Services towards the customer
  • Excellent stakeholder management and regular progress updates with customers
  • Ongoing communication with the Application team surrounding the customer
  • Monitoring and controlling budgets for AMS agreements
  • Coordination and estimation of Change Requests
  • Contribution to the ongoing optimization of Application Services
  • Possible management of some projects with customers while acting as Project Manager

Key qualifications and experience required for this position include:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within SAP services
  • Customer-facing experience with coordinating roles
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SAP application areas and processes
  • A systematic approach combined with a high sense of urgency
  • A customer-centric mindset
  • Proficiency in both Danish and English
  • Proven experience in IT project management, specifically in agile deliveries
