About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at Danfoss GmbH. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Entire Sales Cycle – from lead qualification to post-sales support
  • Creating and Managing Proposals, quotes, and customer documentation
  • Maintaining Accurate Data in Salesforce and other tools
  • Tracking KPIs and Providing Insight into sales performance
  • Liaising Between Customers, the Nordic sales team, and internal departments
  • Enhancing the Customer Experience by delivering reliable, solution-driven service
  • Contributing Feedback and Ideas to improve processes and customer value

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or similar
  • 1–3 Years of Experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support
  • Technical Interest or Familiarity with industrial/technical products
  • Strong Communication Skills – both written and verbal
  • Fluency in Both German and English
  • Experience with CRM Tools (Salesforce Preferred)
  • Commercial Mindset with an eye for process improvement and customer needs
