Ethics and Compliance Strategist

Novo Nordisk A/S is offering a Senior Ethics & Compliance position, with an estimated salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
This role will play a pivotal part in championing ethics, integrity, and responsibility across our growing business. You will be working within the Business Ethics Compliance Office (BECO), which develops and leads the implementation of Novo Nordisk's global ethics & compliance strategy and programme.
The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of working within ethics and compliance in a complex regulatory environment. Key qualifications include a master's degree in law, business or similar, experience working within Ethics & Compliance, Legal or other adjacent functions for a large multinational organisation, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
As a Senior E&C Counsel, you'll provide integral advice on both strategic and operational matters within the business area you are key account for. This includes risk identification and mitigation, training and awareness, communication and collaboration, and solutions and problem solving.
You will work closely with the business to drive innovation, improvement, and awareness of the ethics and compliance standards. Additionally, you will support the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs to elevate awareness and understanding of ethical and compliance protocols across the area.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate agile thinking, adapt swiftly to evolving circumstances, and foster a culture of innovation. Curiosity and a willingness to voice opinions are essential, as you will engage in open dialogue and contribute valuable insights. Moreover, a keen business acumen is useful, enabling you to navigate in a complex commercial landscape and make informed decisions that align with our ethics and compliance standards.
