Transform Store Experiences

We're seeking a Visual Merchandising expert to elevate the in-store experience for our customers. As a key member of our retail team, you'll be responsible for creating visually appealing store displays that drive sales and customer engagement.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain store visual merchandising standards across our existing and new store network, including outlet stores and shop-in-shops
  • Collaborate with the Omnichannel and Retail teams to optimize product placement and drive sales
  • Train store teams in visual merchandising techniques to ensure consistency and high standards across all locations
  • Plan and execute seasonal merchandising to reflect current trends and promotional activities
  • Visit stores to provide support and guidance to store teams

Requirements:

  • Experience in visual merchandising, preferably within fashion retail
  • A keen eye for design, colours, and style with the ability to create visually appealing and commercially effective displays
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to train and motivate store teams
  • Flexibility to travel frequently to visit our stores
  • Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
