Job Description

We are seeking an IT Validation and Compliance Partner to join our team in Kalundborg, Denmark. As an IT Validation and Compliance Partner, your primary role will be to ensure the high quality of IT compliance within our IT processes.

You will be responsible for driving, securing, and anchoring compliance activities within our area, as well as facilitating compliance initiatives and ensuring IT audit readiness, deviation and SOP handling.

You will work closely with the Cross Compliance team and System Managers to determine the right compliance initiatives and ensure that daily operation is of the right quality and in accordance with internal and external quality requirements.

Main Responsibilities

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Facilitating compliance initiatives and ensuring IT audit readiness, deviation and SOP handling.
  2. Collaborating with the Cross Compliance team and System Managers to determine the right compliance initiatives.
  3. Ensuring that daily operation is of the right quality and in accordance with internal and external quality requirements.
  4. Closely collaborating with end users, local system managers, project managers, engineering partners and specialists to develop optimal solutions for the production.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A master's or bachelor's degree within IT, Finance, or another relevant field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience within IT compliance or quality.
  • Work experience in – and familiarity with a GMP-regulated industry, which will be an advantage.
  • Experience with SRV – Science Risk Based Approach.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, along with the ability to create clear, high-quality presentation materials.
  • Experience working with IT implementation projects, with one or more full project life-cycle experiences.
