About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Performance Expert to join our team at Kvik A/S. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the success of our digital platforms, with a primary focus on our website (Umbraco CMS) while also contributing to our E-commerce experience.

Your goal will be to ensure optimal performance, proactively address issues, and work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience and support business growth.

The ideal candidate will have min. 3 years of experience in website management, digital optimization, and technical troubleshooting. Proficiency in CMS platforms (preferably Umbraco) and e-commerce systems is required. Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.) is also necessary.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Otimizing website speed, responsiveness, and user experience while analyzing performance data and user behavior to drive continuous improvements.
  • Collaborating with developers to implement new features, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth updates, all while maintaining and enhancing the Umbraco CMS website for both visual appeal and technical excellence.
  • Identifying and resolving website bugs and technical issues before they impact users, collaborating with the Digital Operations and development teams to ensure efficient fixes, minimal downtime, and a seamless customer experience.
