About the Position

We are seeking an Operational Improvement Specialist to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a key member of our Optimisation & Execution unit, you will be responsible for driving operational improvement and process excellence across PSQIT.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing operational excellence solutions to highly complex problems within training, human performance, and modern technologies.
  • Collaborating with lean specialists and external consultants to ensure effective project execution and outcomes.
  • Developing and improving training standards and tools to enhance human performance and operational excellence.
  • Providing coaching and feedback to leaders, project managers, and training professionals to upskill and improve their capabilities.

You will report to the Director of the Optimisation & Execution unit and work closely with stakeholders to drive business impact and growth.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Master's degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Lean Transformation, Process Improvement, Consulting, Strategy Deployment, or Change Management.
  • Strong project management skills, with previous experience in consultancy and coaching.
  • Expertise in facilitating workshops and coaching managers in lean leadership.
  • A strong track record of managing complex projects and coordinating resources through informal lines of reporting.
  • Experience working within highly regulated environments, such as pharma.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English and Danish.
