We're seeking an experienced Territory Growth Manager to join our team, responsible for growing sales revenue and expanding our presence in key markets.
This role involves developing and executing targeted account plans to maximize revenue from key accounts, building long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.
To succeed in this position, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or nursing, and a minimum of 3 years of medical sales experience. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, CRM software, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to analyze market trends and competitor activities, and adjust account strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive advantage.
You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with healthcare market developments, anticipating changes in customers' needs, and tailoring solutions to meet evolving requirements.
- Sell ConvaTec's healthcare products and services to HCPs.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from key accounts (hospitals).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HCPs and ensure their satisfaction with products and services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key HCPs, proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Meet country and territory sales targets.
- Contribute to monthly country sales reviews and performance analyses for key accounts.
