Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to our leadership team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in executive support, with experience working in a globally oriented company. They will be proficient in Microsoft Suite programs and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating travel and meetings, preparing presentations, and managing calendars. You will also act as a point of contact for leadership and assist with training and onboarding new team members.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary support to Country Market Director for E&H Denmark, Europe director for E&H, and Global HR Director for E&H.
  • Assist with day-to-day running of the department through calendar management, travel booking, time sheet review, and expense review.
  • Help create presentations for senior leadership meetings and act as a point of contact for leadership.
  • Coordinate training and courses, as well as help with onboarding new team members.
