Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join our team of automation and IT project managers. As a team, we work on the latest technology and manage complex automation and IT projects. Your role will be key in managing existing projects and identifying ways to improve project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in the largest API project within Novo Nordisk's portfolio, working with cutting-edge technology that integrates both IT and OT.
- Coordinate between various stakeholders and disciplines, including Novo Nordisk Global IT and external vendors like ABB.
- Manage project scope, planning, and budgeting while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team, providing feedback to secure continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar technical background.
- 7-10 years of experience as a project manager for IT projects.
- Project management certification (IPMA, PMP, SAFe, or similar).
