HR Administrator

Coffee Collective is looking for a skilled HR Coordinator to handle daily administrative tasks, communicate effectively with both employees and management, and support the development of our company culture.

This role will be a great opportunity for someone who thrives on collaboration and sharing knowledge with colleagues. As an HR Coordinator at Coffee Collective, you will work closely with our Head of HR to ensure effective processes in recruitment, employee administration, and internal communication.

The ideal candidate should have experience with HR administration and strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines. You should also be proficient in both Danish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

We are offering a competitive salary in the range of 450,000 - 600,000 DKK per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for personal and professional development.
