Drive Operational Excellence in the Equipment Function

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Equipment function, ensuring seamless execution of strategic goals. As the Equipment Excellence Operations Director, you will oversee the development of high-quality output, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of innovation within the team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills and contribute to the company's long-term success. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Head of Equipment Strategy and Value Engineering, to drive performance and efficiency. The ideal candidate should have experience in budget management, resource allocation, and quality assurance in a technical or equipment-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of professionals, aligning their performance with business objectives and supporting continuous improvement.
  • Grow team members' competence by supporting their development and improvement efforts.
  • Implement strategies to improve the team's responsibilities, focusing on high-quality output and operational excellence.
  • Ensure effective resource management, quality assurance, and yearly budgeting activities within the Equipment function.
  • Support the development of reporting processes and tools within Equipment.
  • Strengthen the commercial mindset within the team and provide support to EQ management and stakeholders.
  • Drive regular portfolio revision meetings with customers to achieve strategic goals.
