Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Content Creator to join our team at Sixt. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing, producing, and managing engaging content for our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Develop original content ideas and concepts that align with our brand's messaging and strategic goals.
- Produce multimedia content, including videos, podcasts, infographics, and interactive media.
- Edit and proofread various forms of content, such as articles, blog posts, social media updates, scripts, and multimedia articles.
- Design graphical materials for campaigns across multiple social media channels.
- Manage the content calendar to ensure timely publication and consistency across our platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external freelancers to produce content within deadlines.
- Optimize content production for SEO in collaboration with our Digital Performance Manager to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that support campaigns and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, audience preferences, and new digital tools and technologies.
- Review content for quality, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Plan and produce content projects from concept to completion, including planning and resource allocation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Oversee, lead, and create cohesive campaigns from top-of-funnel awareness to re-targeting and point-of-sale materials.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand content needs and gather necessary information and approvals.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in a field such as digital communication, graphic design, or marketing.
- Documented experience in content production or a similar role.
- Experience with multimedia content creation, including video editing software and graphic design tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their content requirements.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools.
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Initiative and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
