As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily service of our front-of-house team. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure the quality of our offerings and maintain high standards of appearance, reputation, and service.

  • Supervise daily service and FOH team in the restaurant.
  • Responsible for LEVANTIN's appearance, reputation, and standards alongside the Restaurant Manager.
  • Ensure the quality of the servings (wines, cocktails, and dishes) before they reach the guests.
  • Participate in hiring, managing, and training the FOH team.
  • Acquire and utilize managerial tools based on our data-driven operations.
  • Oversee the work of your team and estimate their workload.
