About the Role
As a senior member of our warehouse operations team, you'll oversee the coordination, delivery, and management of tools, equipment, and container solutions.
Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects, guaranteeing that all necessary tools and equipment are available when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the team in preparing tools and containers for campaigns according to demand and schedule.
- Coordinating tooling and equipment requests for campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and installation.
- Overseeing the maintenance and periodic re-certifications of tools, equipment, and container solutions.
- Maintaining accurate records of tooling data, documentation, and re-certification records within the Tools Management System (TMS).
- Collaborating with suppliers to source high-quality tools and equipment.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO 17020 and internal processes.
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Extensive experience with special tools and equipment.
- Excellent administrative, communication, and IT skills.
- Qualified forklift truck driver and crane certifications.
- Completion of Global Wind Organisations Standard Basic Safety Training (BST).
- Strong organizational skills and a clean driving license.
