LGC's Diagnostics & Genomics Division drives scientific progress by developing and manufacturing high-quality diagnostic solutions and component materials. Our comprehensive portfolio caters to the entire genomic workflow, including nucleic acid sample preparation, oligos, probes, primers, sequencing cloning, protein expression, PCR instruments, reagents, and consumables.
We partner with IVD assay developers, pharmaceutical, CRO, and academic institutions in commercialization activities across the diagnostic pipeline - from concept and early-stage research through expedited product development and onwards into routine clinical use.
Laboratorians and diagnostic professionals rely on LGC's products to support accurate and reliable diagnostic results.
This remote position offers a unique opportunity to blend technical knowledge with customer engagement, supporting both installations and scientific applications. With regular field-based travel (up to 50%), you'll enjoy a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
Your Role and Impact- Deliver hands-on support during customer equipment installations, including assay validation & training.
- Troubleshoot instrument and software issues on-site and remotely with precision and empathy.
- Guide customers in optimizing PCR assays, nucleic acid purification, and sample workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams for seamless customer experience.
