We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Accounting and Controlling team, you will play a critical role in establishing a best-in-class finance function. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the monthly payroll process for 100-150 employees in Denmark, including salaried and hourly paid staff.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for managing the monthly payroll process for 100-150 employees in Denmark, including salaried and hourly paid staff.
  • Global payroll processes, including those for UK employees, will fall under your purview.
  • Payroll reconciliation will be a key task, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • You will provide advisory services to the People Operations team on parental leave-related matters.
  • Reimbursement applications for parental leave and sick leave will require your attention.
  • Maintenance of employee master data and general compliance is essential for maintaining a smooth payroll process.
  • You will also be responsible for employee benefits maintenance, statistical reporting, and reporting to tax authorities.
  • Direct communication with employees regarding payroll and leave-related queries will be necessary.
  • Ad hoc tasks and participation in team projects will be part of your role.
