Pharmacosmos – Commercial Legal Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team at Pharmacosmos. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer with experience in cross-border litigation or M&A transactions to broaden their skill set in a supportive international environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal assistance to the business in Denmark and abroad, including managing document production for transactions and litigation, handling data management, virtual data rooms, e-discovery activities, document review, and overseeing the use of dedicated software tools.

• Location: Based at Pharmacosmos' headquarter in Holbaek with flexibility to work from home on a regular basis after agreement.
• Reporting Line: Vice President, General Counsel, Milena J. Olsen.
• Team Size: The legal team consists of 7 persons, including EVP and General Counsel, Milena J. Olsen, who is leading the legal team.
